Your Role

Improvement of customer satisfaction for selected key customers, set up relations with the Supply Counterparts of our customers. Focus op optimization of the physical flow, to lower cost, increase shelf availability and increase net Sales value.

Key Accountabilities

  • Close cooperation with customer development team and other supply chain functions (planning, logistics, master-data)
  • Work on specific customer requests/projects and active optimisation of Order to Cash and logistics processes
  • Reporting and commenting on internal and external customer KPIs focus on improvement of customer satisfaction and identification of improvement measures
  • Identifying and executing of improvement projects with customers, incl. co-ordination of adjacent SC areas
  • Calculation, analysis and alignment of logistics fees (where applicable) with sales on key customers
  • Starting measures for optimisation of order profile (drop size/frequency) and the shared Supply Chain
  • Support regular customer interviews for Supply Chain part
  • Responsibility for optimisation of customer related supply chain processes e.g. masterdata, supply routes, order management/profiles

Skills and Experience Required

  • Mandatory languages : DUTCH + FRENCH ( and knowledge of English)
  • Flexibility, fast adaptation in dynamic environment
  • Mandatory : Supply chain experience for min 3 years, preferred in FMCG. Combined with sales experience is a plus.
  • Solid SAP knowledge
  • Good MS Office knowledge ( pivots and basic formulas do not have secrets for you)
  • Knowledge and experience on E2E supply chain
  • Working in customer facing roles, including managing of joint projects
  • Mandatory : Supply chain experience for min 3 years, preferred in FMCG. Combined with sales experience is a plus.
  • Results driven and high sense of Accountability
  • Clear and structured communication. Not afraid to influence and communicate at all levels (intern and extern)
  • Customer & service mindset, taking ownership to resolve customer issues
  • Ability to build relationship, be a strong team player both within Upfield and the customer
  • High analytical skills, numeracy and logical reasoning, attention to detail
  • Planning and organization skills
  • Growth mentality, understand financial impact of decisions
