About the Role! 

As part of our Operations Transformation team you will be exposed to the strategic challenges of the largest plant- based company in the world. We will ask you to take ownership and tracking  of these Projects by identifying the issues, construct solutions and present them to the senior levels of our organization. We expect you to feel comfortable with data driven business cases and intellectual creativity that lead to a sustainable footprint of our company!

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identifying acquisition targets (i.e. proactively scouting for attractive opportunities).
  • Assessing and reviewing acquisition targets from a Supply Chain operations standpoint, working with the M&A team.
  • Working as PMO for acquisitions (identify synergies, set-up operations future-proof footprint, org structure).
  • Working as PMO for ad-hoc Supply Chain projects (e.g. brownfield, site closure/site opening).
  • Building ad hoc supply chain footprint analysis.
  • Presenting findings to Upfield’s leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics. MBA a plus.
  • Proven people/project leadership throughout your academic career (on- or off- campus)
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Ability to give/receive constructive feedback
  • Willingness to travel often
