Your Role

Job Purpose:

Assist with the decentralization of IT department across North America for several months.

Main Responsibilities:

Communicate with internal stakeholders in order to gain an understanding for their individual needs and requirements
Provide technical assistance to end users across North America region
Liaise between Unilever and Upfield support teams
Plan and oversee projects (e.g. upgrades, hardware and software installations)
Provide advice and technical training to new and existing employees across North America region

Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience as a Help Desk Analyst or similar role
Minimum Associate degree with IT or similar major.
Experience in IT support operations
Knowledge of computer systems and networking concepts
Understanding of business practices
Excellent communication skills and strong business acumen
Analytical mindset
Problem-solving aptitude
Understanding business and technology needs
