Your Role

Job Purpose

As Junior Key Account Manager you will be cooperating with the group of Clients on day-to-day basis in order to provide the best position of Upfield’s products as well as achieve the sales and profits assumptions.

Furthermore, on this role you will be also responsible for the preparation of the sale reports and administration related to the cooperation with the Clients.


Main Responsibilities

  • Negotiations and execution of the contracts
  • Cooperation with the Clients:
    • preparation and agreeing with the Clients monthly/quarterly and annual plans
    • establishing of the long-term relationships with the Clients
    • responsibility for building Upfield customer market shares in the Client portfolio. Control, analysis, preparation and implementation of action plans to achieve the goal.
    • assortment management in the Client portfolio, including setting target listings
    • Client visits
    • preparation of the Client presentations.
    • responsibility for sales results (increase in turnover) at the Client. Control and analysis, preparation and implementation of action plans to achieve the goal.
    • preparation of reports, sales analysis and materials for the Clients.
    • store visits

You will be a perfect match if you have:

  • minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales
  • at least secondary education, preferably university education
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to solve problems creatively
  • teamwork skills
  • presentation, sales and negotiation skills
  • at least intermediate knowledge of English
  • proficient knowledge of MS OFFICE
  • driving license cat. B
