Your Role

Main Purpose:

Upfield is a newly formed start-up business with a huge ambition and growth agenda.  Our people are key to making Upfield a success.  This role, reporting to the Upfield Reward/Services Director will be part of the project team managing the transition to the new HRIS system, Success Factors from Workday the current HRIS system and then manage the day to day delivery of Success Factors to the business.

This role will lead the SuccessFactors Support organization and be required to work collaboratively with the global HR team, HR colleagues in the markets and third party suppliers to lead support projects to prepare, test and implement new functionality in the new Success Factors system to meet Upfield’s changing requirements to have a user friendly, intuitive efficient HR system for all users.

Once the system is live you will manage the day to day delivery of support for the Success Factors system and lead the HRIS support team to ensure that the system is meeting the business needs both for business as usual activities and future system requirements to improve the user experience.

Main Responsibilities:  

  • Manage and lead the the day-to-day operational support of the SAP Success Factors system
  • Lead the maintenance of all system administration functionality, administering system processes across all Success Factors modules (Employee Central, Time off, Performance and Goals, Reporting and Compensation and Role Based Permissioning
  • Manage all HR business processes & service, change requests and system updates
  • HRIS lead to support HR requirements with Upfield IT stakeholders
  • HR Data reporting and analysis to meet business requirements
  • Responsible for data quality and integrity
  • Responsible for interfaces from Success Factors to all other systems both internal and external
  • Knowledge of HR and Payroll Administration processes
  • Managing data analysis and reports to support operational delivery
  • Owning Success Factors training and communication materials and managing and maintaining documentation
  • Lead compensation workstream such as merit review, bonus planning, salary surveys
  • Trouble shoot data and system issues within HR processes, and/or HR administration
  • Undertake additional continuous improvement activities as required


  • Certification in Success Factors is essential (especially EC )
  • HR Support experiences in a global corporate environment supporting wide scope of HR processes
  • Management of service providers (internal/external)
  • Knowledge of HR and Payroll Administration processes
  • Supporting critical service delivery operations
  • Strong team leadership skills
  • Experience in liaising and partnering with key senior stakeholders
  • Project management & experience with major IT projects
  • Strong technical skills especially advance Excel with VLOOKUP
  • Proven ability to analyze complex information and data and communicate findings effectively.
