Your Role

The purpose of the Assistant CCD Manager role is to develop and execute channel and shopper activity plans in the Southern Africa market place to deliver the targets for the year.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead a consolidated CD input into the SOP process, Drive channel /Customer input.
  • Drive business performance 0-3 months gap closing activities.
  • Develop monthly assortment, planograms, promotional activities, price positions for the channel focusing on the shopper.
  • Input into innovation/ renovation business case, volumes forecast, trade margins, distribution targets, volumes forecast per channel.
  • Channel margins and customer profitability, Guide trade investment, Support for new product listing.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years working experience within the Customer Development function having worked in Trade Marketing for minimum 2 years.
  • Data driven, Strong Analytical skills, Creative individual with ability to land World Class execution in the market
  • Strong Excel Skills
  • Experience in business planning, project management and a customer facing role
