Your Role

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the coordination and development of CRM opportunities across the market in terms of Shopper Marketing insight, creation, activation ideas and execution plans
  • Be responsible for developing annual CRM calendars with key business partners around activation and customer insights
  • Link together advanced analytics, panel and customer data for key retail partners to craft plans that deliver commercial gain for all
  • Leverage a strong understanding of shopper analytics matched with category growth drivers to build shopper marketing programs that provide a differentiated edge for retailers and our business
  • Establish and foster relationships with key customers, through local contacts that build our capability in CRM while provide a point of difference for commercial conversations
  • Draw insights from disparate data sources that provide a new and unique view on the shopper and how retailers can delight them through disruption or simplification in store and on-line
  • De-mystify the on-line shopper and develop a key understanding of what it takes to delight them in terms of omni-channel programs and eCom exclusive activations (e.g. Black Friday, Cyber Monday etc)

Skills and experience required:

  • Experience across category and accounts
  • Passion for food, trends and innovations
  • Experience in working across business teams and building multiple agendas
  • Ability to drive for detail and work closely with others to see plans through to execution
  • Work experience within a global organisation interfacing with international teams
