Your Role

Job Purpose:

The Global Recruitment Lead will be responsible for executing Upfield’s global talent acquisition strategy to attract, assess, hire and onboard the right people to grow and lead the business.  Managing a team of Recruiters and Sourcers located across our Market Units, they will oversee recruitment delivery and be a strategic partner to our business leaders and HR team members.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading and developing a high-performing, results-focused recruitment team that works collaboratively across the organization to deliver sector-leading recruitment
  • Working with the recruitment team and other stakeholders to identify inefficiencies in processes and drive improvement
  • Identify and monitor recruitment metrics to assess recruiting effectiveness in hiring cycle time, competitive hiring measures and new hire engagement
  • Ensuring existing recruitment tools and systems are running effectively, driving user adoption and identifying opportunities to bring in new products
  • Developing our Employer Brand and growing our presence as an employer of choice
  • Delivering a superior candidate experience and bringing Upfield’s strategy, brand and culture to life throughout the entire recruitment life cycle
  • Delivering specific recruitment related projects

About you:

  • Experience of working to and delivering on global recruitment targets and business objectives
  • Experience of managing large recruitment teams and the ability to objectively evaluate business and personal performance
  • A strong understanding of data analytics
  • A track record of implementing innovative ideas, challenging existing assumptions and improving performance
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work cross-culturally and experience of virtual working
