Your Role

Job Purpose:

Reporting to the Head of Global Talent & Performance, the Global People Analytics Lead will be responsible for creating and executing Upfield’s global people analytics strategy to enable us to answer business questions, and grow business performance, using our data and insights.  You will help us make HR insight led, delivering our ambition to generate real value for Upfield by reducing costs and driving growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the business and HR to identify and evaluate the key business questions that we need to answer
  • Identify the evidence required to answer these questions, understanding the various sources of data and insight within the business and using a range of advanced analytics techniques.
  • Ensure the application of consistent organisation and people data definitions and work with our data specialists to ensure quality of data is high.
  • Ensure end to end design and delivery of key HR reports and dashboards with cross functional KPIs
  • Implement an effective change control process to manage the ongoing development of HR reporting & analytic requirements in response to business needs
  • Own people analytics capability building for HR and business leaders, helping them become more data driven in their decision making
  • Manage the implementation and smooth running of Workforce Analytics within Success Factors, and stay up to date on analytics tech development to ensure Upfield is aware of the best available technology; make recommendations on tech investment
  • Provide adhoc support with reporting and year end HR processes
  • Working with the Upfield’s Reporting & Analytics lead to ensure successful integration of all HR systems to provide enriched HR Management Reporting & Analytics

Skills

  • Experienced HR reporting and analytics expert, with hands on knowledge of key HR technologies, ideally including Success Factors, Greenhouse or other cloud-based solutions
  • Highly skilled in the development and use of HR metrics for business decision making
  • Excellent verbal and written communicational skills, ability to work cross-culturally and in a virtual working environment
  • Credibility working with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent quantitative skills, including data manipulation, statistical analysis, and visualisation to give the best user experience
