About the Role!

Job Purpose

For Credit Collection Junior Manager we are looking for high-performing professional with strong business skills, focused on delivering results, managing credit & collection activities. The position will be focused on standardization and streamlining of activities, as well as managing the day to day. In this role you will report to Finance Contoller and cooperate closely with Sales and Customer Service Team.

Main Responsibilities
 
  • Credit management:
    • Credit Analysis, Review & Approvals;
    • Credit limits Management;
    • Due diligence over new Customers in terms of financial standings and applying instruments to secure the payment;
    • Insurance Policy;
    • Supervision over 3rd party service provider
    • Approval of blocked sales orders
  • Disputes & Claims management:
    • Coordination of Customer disputes and complains;
    • Resolution of price disputes and promotions settlement;
    • Supervision over 3rd party service provider
  • Support 3rd party provider in unallocated/unapplied receipt investigation
  • Collection management (Dunning & monthly statements; Aged debt management)
  • Administration of legal cases – if needed
  • Supporting Cash Application Team

About you!

  • 3 – 5 years’ relevant experience
  • Fluent English & Polish (both spoken & written)
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance
  • MS Excel proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to cooperate with different departments across organization on all levels
  • Analytical thinking, attention to details and solution-oriented approach 
  • Flexibility and ability to manage competing priorities
