We have big ambitions to grow this business and we want to attract the right people – those that love what they do, thrive on responsibility and are looking for career defining opportunities.
About the Role!
We have an exciting and challenging opportunity to help implement our new learning platform and kick-start a renewed focus on learning for all our employees globally. We are looking for someone who is digitally saavy, passionate about learning, and can support the (non-technical) launch of the platform and support on learning strategy.
We are working in unique times! This role will eventually be office-based but we are looking for someone who is comfortable with the idea of being interviewed virtually and comfortable with remote working while our office is closed due to Covid-19. We will be working as a small virtual team to launch a virtual platform and embed learning! Now is the time to give our Associates, across Upfield, the opportunity to access online learning for development during these difficult times.
This temporary project opportunity is a chance to use existing skills, be stretched to build new ones and leave a legacy! We are also very open to considering someone looking to work on a part-time or flexible basis.
- Assist in implementing a new learning platform (design, set-up, launch, engagement, including supporting technical teams with integrations and ensuring a great learner experience)
- Create digital learning content using our e-learning authoring tool, and support others in doing so
- Learning platform management administrative responsibilities; uploading and labeling content, managing content, dealing with non-technical queries from learners etc.
- Flexible resource with broader learning responsibilities; for example help design and run programmes, track learning needs and impact of activities (across all types of learning)
Will have experience of supporting a learning management system (or LXP platform) and creating e-learning content. Ideally, will also have experience of implementing a learning platform. Passion and understanding of learning and development and how to engage people in the learning management platform will also be essential. You will be a fast-learner and comfortable working in a small and agile team.
You’ll have to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and it will take hard work and determination; we will give you the ownership you need to make an impact.
You’ll have to deliver on the commitments you make. And we’ll give you the freedom and flexibility to do your job and build your own career.
At Upfield we want you to bring your ideas, your motivation and desire to succeed! This part of the role is up to you to complete.
Competitive salary, flexible working, and a great team and working environment!
