P2P Asst Manager

Job Responsibility

  • Execute regional/country governance around the ARIBA BPO service following a defined model with representation of relevant stakeholders from BPO and Procurement
  • Establish a set of regular SLA reporting, end to end service metrics and performance reporting; includes analysis and root cause analysis of delays
  • Define Spot buy, 3 bids and buy and implement the same
  • Setup catalogues and promote the usage for same
  • Create a mechanism for accepting and tracking change requests to be acted upon during the governance meetings with Wipro
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement actions for the ARIBA BPO/Procurement/system
  • Conduct UAT for new changes
  • Work closely with service providers to create a ‘perfect’ helpdesk service for user and supplier queries
  • Handle regular incidences in a professional manner ensuring that root causes for recurring issues are identified and resolved
  • Work with IT, Procurement and Service providers to schedule, plan and communicate maintenance and new release downtimes; assist with DR testing
  • Administration of the system including ToA tables and user maintenance
  • Execute monthly controls for JML, ToA limited, Supervisor validation

Relevant Experience

  • University Graduate (or similar experience)
  • 6 - 8 years’ experience in Procurement services or similar service
  • Strong knowledge of Indirect Procurement Services and ARIBA 
  • Service Delivery experience
