Main Responsibilities

The (Senior) Sales Executive will be working in a dynamic business environment; he/she will be responsible for delivering the expected sales revenue of the allocated sales territory and to ensure the distributors are generating the appropriate profit margin as per the promise.

Negotiating with operators / F&B on the brands / solutions and consistently ensuring OTIF customer service, launches and re-launches done as per the selling story and the appropriate operators is a key accountability of this position. 

The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated ability to lead Teams, inspire & motivate towards delivering high performance standard, with the ability to pro-actively drive differentiated actions to win in the marketplace by winning operator and customer. Some of the key areas of responsibility are as follows:

  1. Revenue targets

       a. SSE is responsible for the revenue targets for the month in terms of primary sales in the responsible territory / distributor.

  1. Distributor management

a. SSE is responsible for ensuring the right resources are deployed to the operation by the distributor and they are well trained and equipped to perform the responsibilities.

b. Ensure the right investment is in place by the distributor in terms of stocks coverage and the weighted credit

c. Ensure the distributor profitability is in line with the promise.

d. Ensure storage conditions are maintained at the distributor as well as in redistribution rounds.

e. Ensure strict adherence to Upfield credit policy.

3. Customer / Channel marketing activities and execution.

a. Ensuring the strict adhering to the budget and budget management and effective utilization to enhance the business opportunities / counter competition/ trade relationship

4.Quarterly Review

a. Responsible for formal review of actions implemented and ensuring right corrective initiatives are taken on a quarterly basis with the distributor.

Qualification, experience and skills: - 

  • Degree in a Business-related discipline. 
  • 2 - 3 years relevant food service sales experience
  • Chilled-Food FMCG experience is a big advantage
  • Bias for action, accountability and responsibility
  • Track record of customer relationship management within food services

Essential Requirement: Candidate should own a vehicle, preferably car
