About the Role!

The objective of this role is to secure Upfield by proactively mitigating security loopholes that cyber adversaries can exploit. The individual hired for this role will Lead & Operate Upfield’s Vulnerability Management (VM) & Penetration Testing (PT) function.

Main Responsibilities


  1. Manage VM & PT Services provided by Manged Security Services Provider
  2. Manage team members spread across multiple regions
  3. Track, Evaluate, Prioritise and Drive closure of vulnerabilities by collaborating with multiple teams, functions & partners
  4. Risk assess vulnerabilities and determine applicability & criticality for Upfield
  5. Drive vulnerability management council
  6. Coordinate with IT & functional teams to remediate vulnerabilities
  7. Report performance indicators to the leadership

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science or related field
  2. Minimum 6 years of experience in information/ cyber security (Certifications like CEH preferred)
  3. Well versed in vulnerability assessment and reporting, including comprehensive understanding of Vulnerability Management methodologies and procedures
  4. Familiar with vulnerability management platforms (e.g. Qualys, Defender TVM) & Azure
  5. Worked in FMCG companies or Global Capability Centers
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
