Following the client’s vision might be boring.  Last minutes requests are just frustrating. Never being fully in charge is locking your potential.

Joining us you will participate in a project of setting up a new digital-focused in-house agency, with full ownership of the content, and digital strategy agenda across all categories and 6 Eastern European markets.

What will you do?

Partnering with Brand Managers, you will be the driving force behind our consumer’s digital brand experience. Working across a mix of digital channels you will create an effective digital strategy and content for our brands, bringing promotional and editorial designs to life.

Next to the strategy, you will be the creative brains behind all digital activations. That means you can fully unleash your creativity while writing the content – audience lead, inspiring, winning the consumers engagement, promoting #ABetterPlantBasedFuture, and driving our brands' success.

Finally, you'll make good use of your eye for patterns of success – becoming best buds with our Analytics Manager you will find a sweet spot of what works best and when to take a step back and redesign approach.

What is your background?

You'll be joining a young organization that is winning the plant-based category and still have ambition for more. You will have a growth-mindset and natural curiosity to stay on top of trends both in digital and consumer areas.  

After a few years in a creative agency, you have built a portfolio of brand-building campaigns that broke-through into new audiences. You’re a digital-native and thanks to your leadership skills you will be able to liaise between the brand and creative teams.

Being creative, conceptual working gives you joy, but along with that you value data and insights, and understand that you can get creative with the testing approach as well.

Let’s face it, it’s FMCG so it will get hectic from time to time. You know these dynamics and the heat of deadlines, but you know how to juggle multiple projects. And nothing gives you as much rush as a successful landing of the campaign. 

You must be fluent in Hungarian and English.
