Joining us you will participate in a project of setting up a new digital-focused in-house agency, with full ownership of visual content agenda across all categories and across 6 Eastern European markets.
What will you do?
You will drive the creative force behind our brands’ communication. Bringing your digital design expertise to the table, you will own design and visualizations and deliver content ideas for all digital channels.
You have a challenging status quo mentality, which means that by coordinating among creative and brand teams, you embed the latest trends in graphic design, content, and creative execution to communicate our plan-based mission to consumers.
You will share learnings across markets, highlighting patterns across our brands and consumer groups, accelerating the change, and coordinating digital asset creation for maximum flexibility across brands.
You will partner with Content Strategist and Brand Managers to define brand visions and bring these to life for different audiences and define testing plans.
What is your background?
After a few years in the creative agency, you are looking for an in-house move. You want to take a front seat and use your digital and graphic design expertise to unleash creativity and contribute to brands' growth.
Having strong conceptual, editorial, and composition skills, across multiple digital channels you know what a key to success on different platforms is. Yet you maintain the overall design and voice to break through anywhere.
You have built a brand-building campaign portfolio, demonstrating the breadth of design and art direction capabilities, particularly typography, photography, set design, and styling.
You’re familiar with design research, user-centered design approach, and digital performance, and you use them to inform and iterate a creative approach.
You must be fluent in Hungarian and English.
