Joining us you will participate in a project of setting up a new digital-focused in-house agency, with full ownership of full-cycle social campaigns, across all categories and across 6 Eastern European markets.
What will you do?
You'll take a front seat and manage all steps of social campaigns (organic and paid) – from planning, through optimizations, to reporting. Delivering analytics and media performance insight and owning dashboards you will have an actual influence on media strategy, systems, and creative content.
Being a part of the in-house digital dream team (Media Manager, Content Strategist, Art Director, and Junior Social Manager) you'll take a subject matter expert role, share your knowledge and coach the wider Marketing Team.
You'll be the go-to person on how to deliver the most effective social media campaigns and tests. You’ll focus on both the media insights and the business implications, constantly questioning ‘so what’ and be excited for ‘what next?’
You'll be contributing to - and learning from a team, empowering the data-driven marketing revolution, identifying and seizing opportunities for continuous improvement in digital campaigns.

What is your background?
Saying that data and analytic is primary and only goal of your career would be an exaggeration, but you have this natural curiosity, and asking questions motivates you more than the answers. You’re excited to continuously learn in rapidly evolving technology landscape.
After few years in creative agency or being a freelance PPC specialist, you are looking for an in-house move. You have seen it all, so balancing comfort in ambiguity and adapting fast to changing priorities is a piece of cake for you.
You must be fluent in Hungarian and English.

- Google Analytics
- Ad serving technologies (e.g. Google Campaign Manager)
- Social Management Platforms (e.g. Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Salesforce Social Studio)
- Social monitoring tools (e.g. Crimson Hexagon, Netbase, SocialBakers, Brand Watch)
- Programmatic Platforms (e.g. DV360) - will be a plus
- Dashboarding solutions (Google Sheets and Data Studio, Supermetrics, Datorama, PowerBI, Tableau) and data warehousing solutions
