Joining the newly created team you will support us in pushing the lever and revamping our Supply Chain operations. Working across different supply chain functions you will gain a holistic understanding of the product route to market. You will be focusing on improving Dispatch Rate through targeted action plants to advance SKU availability and focus on 5 main pillars.

For Stock Availability you will be identifying Supply Chain Risks and based on the business priority you will create ABC product classification and identify Strategic Customers. You will drive direct market communication, coordinating discussions between Production Planners, Transport Planners, and Logistics Specialists to ensure the fastest route to market.

On the Stock Management agenda, you will liaise with Market Units and based on identified risk recommend if any allocation is required to protect strategic customers and promotion activities. Working closely with production planners you will ensure lead times set in IBP reflect the “most likely recovery lead time.”

For Short Term Demand deviation you will be flagging to Demand Planners and Customer Collaboration Leads all significant oversells within the current week to sense check on forecast or engage in conversation with customers. On the other end, you will be following up with Production Planners ensuring they’re aware of demand deviations and are able to take evasive actions.

In the context of Product Life Cycle Management, you will be supporting Demand Planners in the execution of the Phase-in / Phase-out plan by flagging any obsoletes risks and/or services issues. Working closely with the Customer Collaboration Lead you will target a “0 obsolete stock” policy and ensure MD task execution for SKUs reaching their end of life cycle and SAP retirement.

For Customer Service Reporting you will be driving market communication for major events impacting Dispatch rate, ensure Root Cause Analysis is performed and preventive actions are taken to avoid re-occurrence. You will be also Strive for Reason Code accuracy to allow for meaningful loss stratification and areas of improvement in the business.

What’s your background?

You have several years of experience in integrated supply chain functions – ideally planning and customer service and logistic. On the tech side, you’re proficient with ERP planning tools (SAP APO or IBP), you’re an advanced Excel user and you’re familiar with Visual Basic for Applications in Excel and Power BI.

You have strong analytical skills and bias for action which means you are capable of extracting action plans from data insights.

You gained your experience in an international environment and thanks to your great stakeholder management and interpersonal skills you feel comfortable in a matrix structure and cross-functional networks.
