Senior Brand Manager LÄTTA

Upfield is looking for a Senior Brand Manager LÄTTA to strengthen the German Marketing Team. In this role you lead the marketing strategy and execution for LÄTTA across Germany. Working closely with the Marketing Director in Germany to anchor the LÄTTA brand and to ensure sustainable profitable business growth, as well as global consistency and local relevancy.

We are looking for people who are obsessed with our consumers. You are grounded in our consumers’ everyday life and understand the consumer journey and how to reach them at different touch points. You are experienced in working in an international environment and have a good balance of global strategy and driving local initiatives.   • You have full responsibility for the brands P&L, sales forecast, and budget
  • You are responsible for the strategic development and management of your brand and the creation of a digital eco-system based on consumer journeys
  • You are responsible for the independent analysis of performance drivers and make recommendations for action based on these insights
  • You generate consumer insights based on market research, panel data, etc.
  • You create roadmaps and continuously work on the development and refinement of our product portfolio
  • You initiate and lead innovation/renovation projects
  • In addition, you are responsible for the conception, coordination and execution of marketing measurements (incl. campaigns, media plan, consumer promotion, point of sales measurements ...)

This is you!

You have at least 2-3 years of experience as a Senior Brand Manager working on FMCG brands with a track record of nurturing and growing brands. You have worked on a strategic marketing vision including digital and data. Interpreting data and coming up with actionable insights makes you happy. You fully understand the commercial journey and possess strong financial acumen.

You speak and write both English and German fluently.
