Global Development Director

As Global Development Director, you will be an important speaking partner to senior leaders in the company and external service providers. You take a leading role in development of global R2R processes to optimally support business steering, efficiency, and compliance.

Responsibilities

You are an active member of the Group Controlling Leadership team, reporting into the Group Controller.

You take a leading role in development of global R2R processes, think of the design and implementation of global consolidation, forecasting and planning structures.

You design and implement reporting structures that give better business steering information and streamline processes to take out manual work and lead time.

You are internal and external business partner, you will speak to senior leaders and external business partners about business needs and ways to deliver to the needs.

On a daily basis, you will be working closely with the Group Reporting team and the consolidation and reporting processes, key stakeholders in the organization and external partners.

Requirements

For this Global Development Director role, we are role looking for a top performer with an outstanding educational and work background.  

You are a highly analytical, (self) critical, organized and structured person and you have proven experience with leading development teams to successful implementation of R2R projects.

For this role, you will need to bring experience as end-responsible leader on global consolidation and reporting in a complex international environment. Also, we are asking for experience with design and configuration of complex global consolidation and reporting structures.

You bring high energy to engage in communication with stakeholders to improve accounting, consolidation and reporting processes and receive feedback for continuous improvement. You bring a good knowledge of IFRS and you are qualified Auditor or Controller. You have a minimal of 10 years of experience within relevant positions. You will lead a team of 1 to 2 professionals and larger  development teams, so leadership experience is required. You are a qualified Auditor and FMCG experience is a big plus.
