Forecast Analyst (Demand Planning)

You know that feeling when you have a brilliant idea, you have the know-how, you already build the strategy in your head 3…2…1… no action? Endless procedures, approval chains, and discussions. Not in here.
You would join us on our transformation project as we recently implemented SAP4HANA and rolling out continuous business improvement project across Supply Chain, and you would support us with you demand planning expertise.
What can you expect?
You will join newly created team of Forecast Analysts and together you will push the lever and develop our forecasting process in Europe.
You will become a super user of IBP and for dedicated European markets you will own long term forecasting process (6 – 18 months) and lead forecast quality improvement agenda.
You will become a master of statistical forecasting, using Outlier correction, time series analysis and right stat models you will be focusing on Base line Forecasting and total Demand Planning Forecasting.
Working hand in hand with local markets you will make a optimal use of product segmentation, populate mid-term promo plan and facilitate monthly long term forecasting reviews.
You will be the driving force behind improvements projects, determine improvement plans using Bias and Accuracy Reporting and create a roadmap for continuous business improvement.
What’s your background?
Ideally you have several years of demand planning experience in international FMCG supply chain environment. The key to your success in this role will be excellent stakeholder management skills – networking, building relations, and coordinating projects across markets.
You have a proven track record with SAP planning tools – ideally with IBP – but extensive APO knowledge will be a great base to master IBP fast.
Analytical skills and creativity in problem solving allows you to partner business. You demonstrate data-driven approach and you are capable to support business decision rather with insights then just data.
