We’re about to launch a new Plant Butter brand under Rama, and as we say at Upfield – Take it it’s Yours!

You will take full ownership of Rama Pant Butter brand, and this means that you will act as an CEO of small enterprise. You will be the one to create development strategy for the brand, to create a digital eco-system based on consumer journey and to manage brand finance (P&L, sales forecast, and budget).

It’s a global brand but Germany will be the center of brand growth. Once you successfully land the brand on the market you will be driving force behind its development and innovations roadmap.

Once you create a story for the brand you will be leading brilliant execution in digital, PR and in-store – driving our brand awareness via owned and earned channels, working to create, and run successful influencer campaigns.

As you love numbers and know and understand the patterns in data to bring insight to the table. In fact, you are absorbed with analyzing all data points and instigate an insurgent approach to consumer tests to find the sweet spot, to identify potential growth opportunities, find the competitive advantage and you’re your brand fly.

What’s your background?

You have several years of experience leading a brand (ideally in FMCG foods), and strong track record winning consumer loyalty with exciting marketing campaigns.

Thanks to combination of a-z marketing skills, strategic data-driven approach, creativity and digital-native background, you’re not afraid to “go big or go home”, and you’re looking for a place to unleash your creativity and open new chapter for your brand.
