As the Sales & Business Development Manager for Upfield’s Foodservice customers in Finland, you will use your knowledge and skills to grow the foodservice business for the market leader of plant-based spreads worldwide! We are rather new and growing business so you will be constantly dealing with new challenges – you will continually be learning new things at a rapid rate that’s just not possible in a typical FMCG. Flora, Rama, Crème Bonjour and Becel (just a couple of our brands) are an indispensable part of the shelves and our new vegan cheese Violife has the same potential! You will be trusted with real responsibility and ownership for your area of the business - we run a lean ship here, so no one has time to micromanage – it’s over to you to deliver.

About the Role!

With 50% of every food dollar now spent on food out of home you will use your 5+ years of sales experience to grow Upfield foodservice business. This is not just selling products, its selling solutions! Developing new channels and new customers with your excellent business acumen! The focus for this role will be both private and public customers and entering new strategically chosen key channels; QSR, Convenience/Fast Food, fresh meal industrial food catering/central production and bakeries. Previous experience on handling public tenders is a big asset.

You’ll be sitting in a team reporting to our Sales Lead. You will drive customer portfolios and develop the Upro business by ensuring the listing of the TOP SKUs and cooperation at customer and operator level. Driving insights in prioritized channels to understand the channel needs and to support & service the needs is part of the daily job.
