You will play an important role in unlocking the Plant-based power with the Nordic customers and consumers for a new Vegan cheese Brand - Violife.
Together with the Nordic Sales team and in close collaboration with the General Manager you will leverage the full capability of the local, Nordic and global Upfield organization to accelerate sustainable relationships with our customers. For our customers, you will represent the source for providing healthy, plant-based options for the dinner tables of our consumers.
You'll build strong relationships with our internal teams as well as our customers. You know what's happening in-stores, understand sales cycles and take part in negotiations. You keep a close eye on category and brand development and come up with actionable insights.
What's your background?
Joining a young organization that is winning the plant-based category and still have ambition for more you have a growth-mindset and track record in seizing sustainable opportunities.
You already have a couple years of experience driving business development (in FMCG ideally - foods), and a strong track record of identifying new leads and seizing opportunities for growth.
Achieving goals gives you a rush, you have a strategic approach, and being analytical you know how to assess risk and be financially savvy.
You have some experience with - or genuine passion for plant-based foods.
As you will be working across the Nordic region fluent Swedish and English are a must!
