As a Channel & Pricing Analyst for Upfield Professional in Sweden, you will use your knowledge and skills to help grow the food service business for the market leader of plant-based creams and spreads worldwide! We’re a growing business so you will be constantly dealing with new challenges - you’ll continually be learning new things at a rapid rate that’s just not possible in a typical FMCG. Rama and Flora (just a couple of our brands) are an indispensable part of our assortment and our new vegan cheese Violife has the same potential! You will be trusted with real responsibility and ownership for your area of the business - we run a lean ship here, so no one has time to micromanage – it’s over to you to own it and deliver.
About the Role!
The food service industry is fast moving and dynamic. You will need to love the speed and variety that out of home offers, using your superb analytical skills to manage Upfield’s master customer and pricing data. As new solutions and customers continues to significantly reshape the market you’ll need to create & nurture sales & customer relationship within various channels to succeed.
You will be a super user in our systems for collecting, maintaining, and analyzing customer sales – and master data. You will work closely with the sales organization in the development of channel plans and pricing. It’s a hands on role with a pivotal part to play in Upfields growth agenda. You will be part of the internal back office team and ensure we secure high execution towards Customers and Operators and manage the contact to customer service to ensure UPro delivery excellence. Driving insights in prioritized channels to understand the channel needs whilst connecting to counterparts within sales, finance and marketing teams within Upfield to capture ideas to drive potential enhancement within operating procedures. This role also includes managing the daily tender administration using data and insights for making the right decisions in the public channel.
