You will own the account from A to Z and you'll be the single point of contact for your customer. You will own your customer's strategy and deliver the customer business plan. Your successes will be a driving force behind our growth. This means you understand the local business landscape and you like to be one step ahead of the competitors. Besides owning the collaboration you will also be negotiating, presenting new launches and doing analyses on how promotions are going. 


You are a natural networker. You know how to build a customer care network internally, and get Marketing, Finance Controller and Supply Chain on board on a mission to win for consumers, customers, and Upfield. 


What is your background? 

Joining a young organization that is winning the plant-based category and still have ambition for more you have a growth-mindset and track record in seizing sustainable opportunities.  


You have proven track record on local Modern Trade channel with wide network across Key Accounts and understanding of business landscape. 


Achieving goals gives you a rush, you have a strategic approach, and being analytical you know how to assess risk and be financially savvy.  


You feel comfortable in a stand-alone role being accountable for your own results but being a part of the team gives you as much joy.
