Join our Global IT Team and take lead in Salesforce area, becoming Tech & Functional Lead (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud), driving, building, and validating SFDC solutions.
You’ll work closely with the business understanding system processes recommending on technical solutions, catering business requirements.
You’ll conduct design review of the application, providing guidance and recommendations to the teams.
You’ll be migrating/deploying codes on SFDC components using out of the box or other deployment tools.
You’ll own, define and drive resolution of key escalated operational issues along Service Partners, driving and validating analysis of key operational issues and approve solutions.
What you need to be successful in this role.
You have several (7-8) years of experience gained in big international environment (ideally FMCG) and track record of IT Admin and Platform Developer roles with regional exposure.
Trough the course of your career development, you gained experience and hands on skills in Salesforce Lightning, experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud and certification/s such as Admin and Platform Developer. You have strong fundamental concepts in Salesforce (Application, Data, Security) and you know all the best practices.
With great stakeholder’s management skills, you easily build relations across all levels, and you enjoy being the brains behind the operations and you understand wide range of business functions. Meanwhile you have hands-on approach, and you are capable of translating business needs into usable solutions.
