Marketing Manager Upfield Professional

As the Marketing Manager Upro you will report directly into the Head of Upro in Germany and lead a small and tight knit team of two - one Brand Manager and one Culinary Advisor. Together with your team and in close collaboration with the Sales team you are responsible for the design and implementation of the annual plan including Innovations, Activations and Relaunches.

As the Marketing Manager Upro you will create and execute the Upro Growth plan in Germany while joining forces with the global team. You'll prepare, initiate and defend cross brand and cross product all business cases for Upro and push it forward to the next level. 

You'll lead, coach and develop the Upro Marketing team. You're a leader who challenges the status quo within the team and searches for opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency in all marketing activities on a local and global scale. 

You'll also be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the assigned Professional brand and product portfolio. You'll lead the strategic and commercial local pricing and pricing guidelines. 

You'll manage external parties regarding concept, material development and activation strategies both online and offline. As our Marketing Manager Upro represents the local team in international meetings and presents and aligns on German learnings and successes within the global Upro community. 

What's your background?

Take it it's yours - our flat organizational structure will give you the ownership you need to make a real impact on the business. Ideally you have at least 8 years of experience in Marketing - Product management, B2B and B2C activation, Strategic and customer development. You are experience in your field so we don't need to tell you exactly what experience is expected, but of course, since you will be working with our global teams you need to speak fluent professional English.
