What can you expect?
You will become a Sales Leader for the Upfield Professional division in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and you’ll create and execute the perfect recipe for success in local Foodservice markets.
Leading a team of 4 Key Account Managers and Culinary Advisor you’ll create a true partnership with our Key Accounts, localize global strategy, and taking full ownership of the sales agenda you’ll deliver profit targets. Your successes will be a driving force behind our growth, this means you understand the local business landscape and you like to be one step ahead of the competitors.
You will be driving the Customer and Chefs engagement, developing, and seizing growth opportunities by maximizing distribution, building the best portfolio via innovations and rejuvenation, and driving distributors' activation programs.
You’ll never settle on a mission to develop the local business with Chefs, Distributors, Chains, and entering the Bakery channel. Landing our plant-based portfolio, you’ll becoming subject matter experts for the Customers and represent Upfield Professional on Trades and Chef Events.
You’ll be the brains behind all sales operations. You‘ll define annual and long-term plans and budgets and you’ll take a lead in performance management, driving optimizations of the portfolio, placements, pricing, promotions, and S&OP process.
What is your background?
You have a proven track record on local Foodservice and HoReCa channels with a wide network across Distributors & Key Accounts and a deep understanding of the Czech and Slovak business landscape.
Throughout your career in FMCG, you gained experience combining Sales Leadership, Field Force Management, and Trade Marketing.
You’re an experienced leader, you create a great team atmosphere, and you know how to motivate your team to ‘go big’.
You have a strong track record creating winning sales strategies and achieving goals gives you a rush. You are an excellent negotiator with a strategic approach, and thanks to strong analytical skills you know how to assess risk and be financially savvy.
You feel comfortable in a stand-alone role but as the natural networker, you know how to build a customer care network, and get marketing, finance, and supply chain on board ton your mission to win for customers, partners, and Upfield.
Fluent Czech and English are must - Slovak will be a strong asset.
