We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator, join our team!

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will perform manual order entry according to customer requirements, verify all automatic orders (order validation), run stock allocation processes, and resolve ad-hoc order issues which do not require customer escalation.

You will also be responsible to identify and escalate order issues requiring customer input, ship to updates, stock allocation, queries as well as work on specific customer requests and/or projects and active optimization of OTC and logistics processes.

If you have between 1 and 2 years of experience within FMCG (desirable) within Customer Service roles, this role would be interesting for you. For this role it´s important that you are a team player with strong communication skills as well as excellent customer service as you will work closely with external clients and customer development teams and other supply chain functions.

You will work with people in USA, and you will use your English in a daily basis so for this role an advanced English level is required. In addition, you will use Microsoft package, and SAP daily, so your advanced knowledge in these tools will help you to deliver the results in this role.
