Unleash your creativity and lead our plant-based categories spreading awareness and creating solutions for Upfield Professional Foodservices of #betterplantbasedfuture in a global setting.

You will take full ownership of the global portfolio management in a highly complex, multi product and market environment. You drive the innovation and renovation roadmap for the category, including crafting the marketing mix from concept to execution.  You will support the markets in growing their food service business and ensure countries have the ammunition to roll out their marketing campaigns including online and offline communication assets.  Crafting and telling selling stories and solutions is something you excel in and love. You will operate in the space of growth, there is plenty of opportunity to use your creative but also analytical mind.

You will be the ambassador of plant based dairy alternative categories.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Craft the marketing mix for the category, including development and deployment of global quarterly innovation and renovation.
  • Drive the innovation and renovation funnel and lead projects in close collaboration Research& Development, Supply Chain, Legal, Regulatory teams.
  • Support Global Senior Category Lead by crafting the launch plan, 360°executional plans for perfect launch, including the creation of all marketing assets (traditional/digital media, promotion, in-store)
  • Owner of the global category marketing budget, from planning to execution.

What’s your background?

You have a strong understanding of the end-to-end marketing mix and have led strong brands in the past within FMCG. Of course, your project management, influencing and analytical skills are strongly developed. If you are currently working on a regional/European level and you are looking for the next step, this could be a perfect opportunity.
