SCFS Senior Reporting Specialist

You will join the Global Supply Chain Finance team you will support the design, implementation, and maintenance of the most suitable processes for Environmental Fees and Product Costing. You become an analytical and reporting expert in given areas supporting business units across Europe.

At the core of your role will take full ownership of reporting and analytics of  within all European countries – monthly and yearly reporting, ensuring maintenance of rules, rates, and up-to-date reporting.

You’ll business partner internal and external audits in the Environmental Fees area.

You’ll be analyzing financial statements, P&L, product costing, and financial reports – looking for continuous improvement opportunities.

You’ll be working hand in hand with the internal tax team and remote team based in India (3PSP).

You’ll be building and maintaining SCFS process documentation including roles & responsibilities. You’ll work closely with IT and other key stakeholders to set up new SCFS tools, and you’ll ensure that all of the processes are correctly set in up in ERP (SAP4HANA).

What’s your background

You have several years of experience in finance with analytics and reporting at the core of your role – product costing experience will be a strong asset.

One of your biggest strengths is a strong analytical approach – you easily use finance data and transform it into meaningful insights for the business.

On the tech side, you’re an advanced Excel user (knowledge of Macros will be a strong asset), and you’re proficient with financial SAP transactions. As you will be working closely both with the local Sourcing Unit and  European teams fluent English is a must.
