Building a bridge between Upfield and Customers Supply Chain you’ll be the driving force behind high service level and optimal E2E cost, leveraging data flow and joint forecasting activities. Setting up relations with the Supply Counterparts of our customers, you’ll focus on optimizing physical flow, lowering cost, and increasing shelf availability to boost net Sales value.

You will be working hand to hand with Supply Chain Teams (planning, logistic, master-data), resolving specific customer requests, supporting projects, and proactively optimizing the Order to Cash and logistic process. Together with the Sales Managers you’ll calculate, analyze, and align on logistic trade terms.
You’ll be setting Route to Market for new Customers as well as identifying and implementing improvement projects with existing Customers (master data, supply routes, order management/profiles).
You’ll start measures for optimization of order profile (drop size/frequency) and the shared Supply Chain – cost to serve. Reporting and commenting on internal and external customer KPI’s, you’ll focus on improvement of customer satisfaction with specific measures in place.
On the operational side, you’ll manage the Web-Edi portal for placing Sales orders (assortment and user’s access).

You have several years of experience in Supply Chain functions within the FMCG industry preferably in Customer Service, where you gained a wider understanding of Order to Cash and E2E Supply Chain processes.
You have strong analytical skills and with exceptional attention to detail, you're capable to translate data into actionable plans. Effective organization is in your blood, you easily set priorities and timelines
With great stakeholder management skills and strong customer focus, you enjoy being the brains behind the operations and understanding a wide range of business functions you’re capable of translating business needs into actionable plans.
On the tech side, you’re proficient in Excel and SAP user.
