CRM and Data specialist – Netherlands, Belgium, France

Within the Netherlands, Belgium & France digital team, you will be responsible for all CRM and CMS tasks for the different Upfield brands.

You will be responsible for the set up and managing of all email campaigns and content changes of the (10+) brand websites from a technical point of view. You will manage our customer data, deliver our email and website communications, and analyse results to help spread our message of following a natural healthy plant-based diet, keeping our loyal customer engaged.

You will work together with the head of Digital for the BeNeFra cluster, you will be responsible for the execution and optimisaton of CRM and web content for multiple brands across Belgium, Netherlands, and France. You will also work closely with brand teams across the cluster to make sure we develop our CRM and email programmes, and you will provide meaningful insights from our data.

You are driven by consumer data & insights, understanding what makes people tick and what they want to see. You have strong project management skills, allowing you to manage multiple projects at once, and make sure that our email communications go out on time.

Bringing people along with you on the journey comes naturally, and you are able to explain your digital-native expertise in clear terms to all audiences, whether they work in digital marketing, brand marketing, sales, or finance.

To succeed in this role, you are experienced in working in an international environment and you have experience in managing multiple brands at the same time. Within Upfield you will work for around 10 brands websites and Brand Management teams. Also, you have hands-on experience in managing a CRM system, including building and sending emails. Any experience with Marketing Cloud is desirable. Also, you will use SiteCore for managing web content, so any experience with this, is desirable as well. In addition, any experience with SEO would be an advantage.
