We are looking for a like-minded Senior Key Account Manager to join our Belgium Key Account Management team!
What can you expect?
You will join a team of people with an entrepreneurial spirit, that you could share knowledge and learn from. The flat structure will give you the ownership you need to make a real impact on the business.
You will own your customer's strategy and deliver join customer business plan. Your successes will be a driving force behind our growth. This means you understand the local business landscape and you like to be one step ahead of the competitors.
You are a natural networker. You know how to build a customer care network internally, and get Marketing, Finance Controller and Supply Chain on board on a mission to win for consumers, customers, and Upfield.
- Establish and build great win-win relationship between Upfield and its retail customers.
- Secure profitable sales growth in a triple win mindset (consumer, retailer and Upfield).
- Continuously follow up, evaluate and optimize the business with your customers.
- Develop Joint-Business-Plans for your customers with the greatest growth potential.
In this role, you will both share your knowlegde with the (cross-functional) teams and you will get all the tools to expand your knowlegde and experience within the business. We will give you all the tools you need to become successfull, therefore we ask your commitment and passion in our mission as well. For this role, it is essential to speak fluent English, Dutch and French.
You have proven track record on local retailers with a wide network across Key Accounts and understanding of the business landscape.
Achieving goals gives you a rush, you have a strategic approach, and being analytical you know how to assess risk and be financially savvy.
You feel comfortable in a stand-alone role being accountable for your own results but being a part of the team gives you as much joy.
