Finance Manager Foodservice (3 countries)
Location: Rotterdam/Amsterdam Upfield will move to Amsterdam Q1 2022 and we will be working both from the office and from home.
In this role, you will be leading the finance operations covering Upfields Foodservice business in The Netherlands, Belgium and France. Upfield Professionals is our B2B foodservice operations, working on a regional level (the Netherlands, Belgium & France). This role could be your step up in terms of international operations, being part of a (regional) Management Team or driving the end-responsibility for an international Finance operation.
You will be part of the market unit's Management Team and you are the main point of contact for all questions releted to finance and the S&OP process. You will be responsible for control of trade investment, customers’ performance management and embedding Net Revenue management fundamentals in the business to maximize growth & profit opportunities. This is a highly visible role in which you will direct report to the CFO for the Netherlands, France & Belgium, and in addition, you have a dotted line to the Glboal Finance Business Partner of Upfield Professionals, the Management Team of Upfield Professionals and the Management Team of Upfield (Benefra organization).
On top of the Finance Manager Role you will be leading the S&OP process at BeNeFra level and supporting the Leadership Team in driving the forecasting and planning processes at regional level.
About the role
You drive the responsibility for the in-year business delivery across all retail customer accounts (Market Share, Net Sales & EBIT, Cash & Working Capital). You provide analytics and insights to drive business performance (growth & profit) and inform pricing, investment and innovation decisions. You will drive all commercial finance operations decisions and together with a sales controller, you are the main business partner for the sales & operations colleagues. You will guard one source of finance data to maintain finance credibility. The financial forecasting & budgetting process is in your hands and also the longer-term strategic planning process is driven by you. You have regular exposure to the board of Upfield Professionals and you prepare and follow-up on business cases when needed.
