Customer Collaboration Specialist

We are looking for a proactive Customer Collaboration Specialist that is passionate about customers. You will play a key role in improving customer satisfaction for key selected customers while managing relations with the supply counterparts of our customers.

As a customer collaboration specialist, you will focus on optimization of the physical flow, to lower costs, increase shelf availability and increase Net Sales Value while negotiating logistic contracts and penalties with the customer.

You will have close cooperation with customer development team and other supply chain functions (planning, logistics, master-data).

You will work on specific customer requests/projects and active optimization of Order to Cash and logistics processes and you will engage on reporting and commenting on internal and external customer KPIs with a focus on improvement of customer satisfaction.

You will be in charge of executing improvement projects with customers, such as optimization of customer related supply chain processes e.g. master data, supply routes, order management/profiles (optimization and cost reduction).

You will constantly review FCST accuracy and link back learnings into sales and demand planning.

You will handle customer ordering loading pattern optimization such as nominated delivery days, combined ordering, etc.

You will check Stock availability – contact customers in case of structural issues and codevelop with planning/ sales and customer an improvement plan.

You will provide OTIF monitoring and improvement with logistics and customers.

You will discuss monthly/quarterly KPI deck (Upfield).

What is your background?

Supply chain/sales experience is a must for min 3 years, preferred in FMCG. Combination of both is a plus.

You are results driven and have high sense of Accountability: you need to take initiative to identify risks/start projects/go to the customer F2F.

You have clear and structured communication. Not afraid to influence and communicate at all with different levels (internal and external).

You have a customer & service mindset, taking ownership to resolve customer issues and the ability to build relationship, be a strong team player both within Upfield and the customer.

You have knowledge and experience on E2E supply chain.

You have high analytical skills, numeracy and logical reasoning.

You have SAP knowledge and MS Office knowledge.

Fluent in English is a must.
