The brand is in great shape, but as we are foodies, we have an appetite for more – this ship needs local Capitan so Take it it’s Yours!

You will take full ownership of Rama's strategy and communication on the local market.

You will be the one to create a development strategy for the brand, to create a digital eco-system based on the consumer journey, and to manage brand finance (P&L, sales forecast, and budget).

You will also be the driving force supporting brand development and innovations roadmap.

Once you create a story for the brand you will be leading brilliant execution in digital, PR, and in-store – driving our brand awareness via owned and earned channels, working to create, and run successful influencer campaigns – and communication will be a key to win in the next months.

 

What’s your background?

You have several years of experience leading a brand (in FMCG, ideally - foods), and a strong track record of winning consumer loyalty with exciting marketing campaigns.

Thanks to a combination of a-z marketing skills, strategic data-driven approach, creativity, and digital-native background, you’re not afraid to “go big or go home”, and you’re looking for a place to unleash your creativity and open a new chapter for your brand.

Into the data zone – you love to dig into the data and uncover the insight jewels, (Nielsen, GfK, and other consumer market data and their software).

 

As you will be working across regions, Fluent Polish and English is a must.
