Join our IT team!
In this role you will be responsible to support technologies within LatAm region in offices, factories and for remote working - last mile telecoms infrastructure, mobile telephony, Audio Visual conferencing equipment, any other IT devices not centrally supported including printers/peripherals/scanners/office room booking terminals etc. Also, you will oversight the movement of laptops/desktops to countries in their region not covered by the central Wipro contract.
Your main goals will be to ensure high level of IT service provided in region where not provided by central IT teams, oversee regional service delivery incl owning regional tickets in SNOW, leverage regional sites IT support contacts to resolve tickets as needed, liaise with global IT Service Owner as needed and supplier management (contract, procure, invoices, performance etc) of local 3rd parties to provide technical support for in scope technologies in region.
Your experience of at least 5 years in IT roles will be critical for this role as well as your knowledge in telecoms infrastructure, mobile telephony, IT devices, etc. As you will work with different countries and the global team an advance English level is required for this role.
You will work with people across the region so your communications and influence skills will help you to support users to solve their IT requests but also your negotiation skills will be critical for the role as you will manage different suppliers across the region.
