Join our People & Organization team for South LatAm
In this role you will coordinate and execute the people strategy within South LatAm region but also to support the daily operations of People & Organization function.
You will design templates for HR documents and work in collaboration with others to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for our new joiners, as well as being involved in the Talent Acquisition process for individual contributors.
Wellbeing plans, focused on diversity & inclusion principles are important for us as a company so you will support designing and executing those plans for the region as well as trainings according to region´s needs; you will analyze HR data to propose action plans that help us to hire, retain and motivate our people.
Workplace administration also falls under HR, so you must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail and customer service skills.
Your experience between 4 and 8 years as a HR generalist will be crucial in this role but also an advanced level of English.
