You will be the single point of contact in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary regards to Talent Acquisition, recruiting the best talent across your region. For our HQ's you will take control of all recruitment activities, for our factories you will partner with your local HR colleagues to support them when needed. It is up to you to figure out what works best, just know that you will recruit for some technical roles such as Engineering, Maintenance Supervisors or Supply chain roles. You will be an integral part of the local HR team as well as the global TA team of 12.

You’ll own the 360 process, attracting and selecting the best talent to match the business needs and making Talent Acquisition awesome along the way. You will work across all functions, including Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, IT & Finance, flexing your approach depending on the role and time frames. You’ll have around 25 roles on average but you’ll need to be ready to juggle more in busier periods. You’ll need to enjoy a fast paced, autonomous environment with fantastic development opportunities.

In the day to day, you will need to partner with the business, specifically our hiring managers & HR colleagues, smashing our global KPI’s as you go. Engaging and creating a first class candidate experience not only for external applicants but our internal population too. You’ll be adept at researching and building strategies for talent pooling and market research, as well as market mapping and competitor analysis.

To be great in this role you would have spent some time agency side, and are now looking for an in-house position. You already know the dynamics of the recruitment process, you’ve felt the heat of deadlines, you’ve dealt with the complexity and hard-to-find combinations - and only the sky is the limit for you when you search for ‘the ONE’.  Being proficient with all the searching tools and building pipelines you are now keen to take it to the next level and have an actual impact on the sourcing strategy. Fluent Polish and English are must.
