 Are you ready to kick off your career in Talent Acquisition?  Are you someone that wants to be creative when it comes to uncovering talent?


You’ll join our global TA Team and working from Poland you’ll support Talent Advisor in 360 recruitment for the CEE region (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary).

Focusing on operations you’ll have the opportunity to be an integral part of full-cycle recruitment. Supporting TA Advisor in setting recruitment campaigns, selection process, direct searching and scheduling.

You will be able to unleash your creativity when it comes to recruitment marketing and job ad writing. You’ll get to know how to ensure a unique Candidate Experience and how to partner with the business bringing the best-in-class talent to our organization.

You’ll get to work on a wide range of recruitment projects - across all functions (Marketing, Sales, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations) and all seniority levels. You’ll learn how to build a sourcing strategy and land a structured hiring process, and we’ll give you access to the coolest recruitment tools.

About you

You’re a Student or fresh University Graduate with a relevant field of study. Ideally, you gained initial experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).

You’re curious and you know how to do your research – you’re eager to learn and develop your skills within recruitment.

Joining a fast-paced environment, that is constantly changing and evolving you’re flexible and can adapt fast to the changes.

And most importantly you like to be proactive and take ownership, you’re a ‘people-person' so it’s easy for you to connect and build relations.

As this is a regional role, proficient English is a must.
