What can you expect?

As a large Chain Account Manager you will be responsible for delivery of the growth agenda and profit targets for (National Large Chain Accounts QSR/HORE, Global/National account´s , Industrial/central production Kitchens , Big Regional Chain Accounts ) and this will be achieved by acquiring new customers.

You will join a team of people with an entrepreneurial spirit, that you could share knowledge and learn from. The flat structure will give you the ownership you need to make a real impact on the business.

You will create strategic partnerships with chain accounts and work under formal and clear objectives.

You will run a complex contact matrix for different functions and create operational excellence while developing joint business plans.

Drive and maintain an excellent network “Portfolio of contact’s” in Large Chain Accounts.

What is your background?

You have around 7 to 10 years of significant experience in managing large chain accounts, customers in HORECA, and local chain accounts with a strong record of delivery.

You have an ability to network and build great relationships, internally and externally, based on a deep understanding of the customer’s needs (internal & external) is critical.

Achieving goals gives you a rush, you have a strategic approach, and being analytical you know how to assess risk and be financially savvy. You have proven experience nurturing and developing existing Customer’s with excellent reputation within your partners.

You feel comfortable in a stand-alone role being accountable for your own results but being a part of the team gives you as much joy.

You have strong negotiation skills, and you are highly experienced in negotiating contractual terms with each customer to reach the most beneficial agreements.

You are fluent in English (required).
