Key Account Specialist - Upfield Professional
Reporting to Head of Upfield Professional, you will be strategic support for our Sales Team, driving a new level of excellence in our collaboration with customers and internal partners and supporting the execution of our sales strategy.
You will act as executive, administrative and operational support for Head of Upfield Professional Key Account Managers and Sales Force, preparing sales data and reports (listings, promotional, etc.)
You will be in charge of budget control and reporting, managing invoices, credit notes, and promo discounts.
Supporting the execution of our customer activations project you will work closely with our Marketing team.
What’s your background?
After graduating from University you gained initial experience supporting the sales team, preferably in the FMCG Foodervice area.
Effective organization is in your blood, setting priorities is important but as you love your lists and checks you never leave any task incomplete. But more importantly, you have a strong ownership mindset and proactively taking initiative you focus on supporting people.
You gained your experience in an international environment and thanks to your great stakeholder management and interpersonal skills you feel comfortable in a matrix structure and cross-functional networks.
Fluent Polish and Communicative English is a must.
