Global Business Analyst

Upfield is currently going through a period of rapid separation and transformation and seeking a talented individual to help support the transition of our B2B business through this period of change. As a Global Business Analyst, you will be part of the Upfield Professional (UPro) global team, supporting the role out and ongoing support of several strategic solutions. 

What can you expect?

You will Support the Deployment of several Trade Promotions Management platforms being introduced into the UPRO markets.

You will govern efficiencies of data maintenance, ensuring data integrity across UPRO specific platforms.

You will assist in user adoption of our platforms through ongoing support and training to end-users.

You will support integration and automation with other relevant data sources across Upfield processes and systems.

You will be expected to drive the data readiness and deployment of UPro platforms (initially Blacksmith TPM and other UPRO initiatives) such as:

-Project Management from Kick-off to Go-live of Delivery phases for all in scope markets.

-Ongoing support of these platform in the BAU Operational space.

-Liaising with the Upfield Project Teams, Process Owners, Vendors, Market Leads plus coaching the Key/End User Network who are experiencing this period of change.

You will provide continuous support to countries, including data mapping, harvesting, data cleansing, initiation with the tool itself (testing & training) and data governance.

You will support the master data requirements for specified countries by working with the IN-Life support teams to ensure the data is maintained and managed effectively.

You will support the Integration Flow between the key systems to ensure that sales data is processed and managed with the business through the platforms rationalizing manual activities to move towards hands-off approach requiring minimum intervention.

You will manage and participate in software analysis and business suitability such as:

- Technical integration and user testing prior to go-live.

- Reporting issues to the project team so that issues can be prioritized & resolved before Go-Live.

 You will provide long-term training & support after the go-live period in all markets:

-Continued end-user support and training for the management, maintenance, and ongoing usage of the platforms.

-Help end users navigate through the system, and report issues to the project team to support prompt resolution.

-Adopt Upfield Way process alignment and best practices ensuring UPRO data provides value to Upfield objectives.

You will support maintenance of Customer Pricing Models in Market.

What is your background?

You have a bachelor’s degree in Business or Information management, preferably with an IT component.

You have 3-5 years of relevant working experience in a similar integrated business analyst position.

You are an IT literate with +3 years SAP S4 experience, PowerBI, advance Excel skills, with the ability to analyze cross-system data dependencies, understand and communicate corporate objectives.

You have an excellent understanding of system integration and data dependencies to ensure Blacksmith TPM maintains integrity.

You have experience working with deadlines and the ability to prioritize while working unsupervised.

You have a strong ability to communicate at all levels and work within a fast-paced environment.

You possess good attention to detail and the ability to multitask, with agile experience.
