Our growth is powered by plants, our future is powered by you! We are looking for a new Junior Global Brand Manager to support our global category marketing agenda, eager to drive the plant-based menu adaptation among chefs, bakers and baristas!

This is an exciting opportunity to make a big impact! You will have firsthand global brand and portfolio management experience in the creams and cheese category. You will be part of a central marketing team, who is striving to craft exceptional product solutions helping chefs to transform towards plant-based menus.

You will directly support the Global Senior Category Lead in leading the global plant cream and cheese portfolio under iconic brands such as Rama, Blue Band, Violife.

You will actively lead innovation and renovation funnel and lead projects in close collaboration with Research& Development, Supply Chain, Legal, Regulatory teams.

You will also support the Global Senior Category Lead by crafting the launch plan, 360°executional plans for perfect launch, including the creation of all marketing assets (traditional/digital media, promotion, in-store).

You will support local marketers executing the 360°perfect launch plans and liaise with external agencies and internal stakeholders to design communication campaigns and materials for the category/brands that are consistent, effective, and appropriate for the target audience.

You will support the Global Business Development team, while providing tools to help build the category knowledge.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the global category marketing budget from planning to execution.

What’s your background? 

You have a minimum of 3-4 years of assistant brand management role ideally FMCG – ideally in foods / food service industry. Working experience in the dairy industry is a plus!

You have relevant major and a post-graduate qualification & solid understanding of marketing mix development.

You have a basic understanding of consumer insights, concept development and market research.

You have a good understanding and preferably hands on working experience in digital marketing.

You are a curious marketeer with strong inner drive to make things happen.

You are a Foodie who appreciates Plant-Based food and has a genuine passion for this growing transformation. 

You consider yourself digitally savvy with Digital-first mindset & you have a passion for details.

You have core aspects underpinning all skills: consumer empathy, creativity, analytical thinking, rigor, strong hands-on approach, excellent communicator.

You are comfortable working with multi-cultures and eager to try new things, open minded to discover world of chefs, professional kitchens and food.

You have a strong focus on results.

You are fluent in English; other languages would be regarded as add on.
