PMO Safety, Health & Environment

Are you passionate about Safety, Health & Environment management process? We are looking for our next PMO (Project Management office) officer that will work with HSE specialists across various regions and functions (Factory, DCs, Offices, Sales-Force & 3rd Parties) and accurately track program progress.

As a PMO you will endeavor to improve HSE by performing analytics, providing thought leadership, and leveraging technology. As the PMO officer you must not be a subject matter expert on initiatives across the SHE organization but must prioritize initiatives to follow-up on, implement controls for and ensure governance thereof.

The role is responsible for simplifying the HSE programs and concise communications with stakeholders and Site management where necessary.

You will follow up and demonstrate continuous improvement on the management of HSE program activities to maximize the team’s inputs/outputs to achieve business HSE objectives faster and/or more effectively.

You will perform analysis on program and initiatives to check on impact. Use data analytics to identify thematic improvement opportunities, prioritize projects, and provide thought leadership on projects across various HSE categories.

You will manage upward/outward prioritized communications on projects progress update, productivity savings, and business plans via agreed HSE roadmaps.

You will implement and monitor developed KPI's to promote compliance with policies and standards.

You will Co-ordinate implementation of new SHE initiatives as rolled out e.g. Office safety & Salesforce (Safe-travel) initiatives.

What is your background?

You have a bachelors or master’s degree in industrial or technical field including engineering, sciences, or similar area.

You have familiarity with SHE or Manufacturing roles.

You have experience working in a large international organization is an added advantage.

You have excellent project management, analytical & Excel skills.

You are organized and have strong presentation & communication skills.

You are independent, confident, influential & able to get things done.

You are pragmatic, fast and you have a ‘Can do’ attitude.

Fluent in English is a must.
