Commercial Executive

The Commercial Executive will support the Upfield Retail Sales Team (Customer Account Managers) with the day-to-day administration and running of our significant Retail Customers (such as Tesco, Sainsburys, ASDA, Morrison’s and more). Successful candidates will support on a subset of customers, working closely with the account managers to learn each individual customer and drive them forwards.  

This is an opportunity to join a fast paced & exciting function within the Upfield business, specialize within a set of customers and develop account management skills, under the mentorship of an experienced Account Manager.  


  • Customer Performance Tracking & Ad-Hoc Reporting 
  • Promotional Analysis/Tracking (Performance, Financial & Payment) 
  • External System Administration (Tesco Link, ASDA Retail Link, etc) 
  • Functional Administration – Internal System Super User (SAP, SAP TPM, PowerBI & More) 
  • Pricing Reporting & Master Data Management 
  • Invoice & Claim Management 
  • Job Shadowing & Customer Facing Opportunities 
  • Project Management Opportunities  

This is you!

You have a proven track record in a customer environment and have already had some experience in a similar role. Project Management experience would be advantageous, particularly working across teams with varying requirements 

You possess good attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage your workload effectively. You have excellent communication and analytical skills. From a technical standpoint have strong Excel skills with the ability to produce and use VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables.
