About the role
We are looking for a Key Account manager Chains with a focus on Restaurants and Quick Service Restaurants to join our Upfield Professionals Benelux Sales team. Upfield Professionals is working on unlocking Plant Power within the Belgian Foodservice market (B2B). In this role, you will have a focus on both the commercial (restaurants/QSR) as the social (care/catering) network. You will be responsible for both maintaining current relationships as well as new business (50%/50%).
You will join a team of people with an entrepreneurial spirit, that you could share knowledge and learn from. The flat structure will give you the ownership you need to make a real impact on the business. You will have the opportunity to own your customer plans and build strong customer relationships at HQ level. You will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing the business we have at Key Accounts in the different Foodservice channels. Your role is to launch successful plant-based propositions which help and inspire chefs to create delicious and healthy menus in a convenient way.

You have proven track record on local Foodservice market and understanding of foodservice landscape. Preferably, you have a network in the Belgian Restaurants or Food Service market.
Achieving goals gives you a rush, you have a strategic approach, and being analytical you know how to assess risk and be financially savvy. You feel comfortable in a stand-alone role being accountable for your own results but being a part of the team gives you as much joy.
In this role, it is a must to be living in Belgium and to be a fluent Dutch and French speaker.
You’ll have to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and it will take hard work and determination; we will give you the ownership you need to make an impact.
