Job Purpose: 

Adaptation, development, implementation and optimization of sales systems - Trade Promotion Management (TPM). 

 

Main Responsibilities:

Project and service delivery:

  • Act as a techno - functional expert in the Launch to Grow area (SAP CRM/TPM or Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
  • Drive end to end project and service delivery
  • Ensure process and technical Standards adherence defined by Upfield
  • Be able to understand business and system processes to make recommendations and propose technical solutions to cater business requirements.
  • Deliver working solutions on a tight schedule and fast paced environment.

Operations:

  • Own, Define and Drive resolution of key escalated operational issues along with Service Partners.
  • Drive and Validate analysis of key operational issues and approved solutions.
  • Manage IT Partner Relationship for service delivery for the business function.

 

Requirements:

  • About 5 years of project management & service delivery management 
  • More than 2 years of minimum hands-on experience on trade and promotion platforms  
  • Experience in Salesforce, SAP TPM, Exceedra etc. would be added advantage
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, result-oriented and ability to work independently and effectively in a global team environment
  • Fluent English - you will work with Key Stakeholders - IT Platform Owner,  Business Process Owners and IT Partners.
